Working with various global interdependent functions like HRIT, WFM, Legal, HRBPs, HR Communications, Global and Regional Total Reward Directors, global IT - Program manages the program managers of teams who lead different workstreams towards integration of jobs,levels and grades for companies (legacy HPE &amp; legacy CSC) - Provides thought leadership to keep the jobs relevant based on industry frameworks, new developments, digital jobs evolution, etc - Custodian of DXC jobs archictetcure and keeps them up-to-date in jobs description, and ensures it is up-to-date in all upstrean and downstream systems and HRMS platforms - Solutions for next gen AI enabled jobs recommendation or job descriptions for the company - Works with regional TR and employment legal to ensure that they keep FLSA determination up-to-date (for US geography) - Should be an industry pre eminent expert in jobs and levels frameworks of various acrhitectures like HayGroup, Mercer, Aon, Radford, Willis Towers Watson - Should understand the linkage of jobs and their market pricing for those jobs - May lead one or more portfolios of Business compensation lead globally for functions or industries or sub functions within global compensation, from time to time or permanently. May dual hat as lead principal to spearhead CoE support for one of regions or industries
