DXC Technology (formed with merger of CSC and HPE - ES) - Advisor/Principal - Total Rewards - XLRI/TISS/MDI/XIMB/SIBM/SCMHRD  Part of global Total Reward CoE - should be expert in job evaluation, market pricing, process transitions / migrations, annual salary and incentive process design and implementation.  - Prefer people who have done more regions than India alone, who have handled large employee base (30K plus) at some point, who are conversant with more than one HRIS platforms (SAP, Workday, etc), have worked with all known market pricing vendors but at least Mercer, Aon Hewitt, Radford, Willis Towers Watson, have worked on both manual and online comp planning tools, and are conversant with IT industry jobs.  Prefer full-time residential MBA from XLRI, TISS, MDI, XIMB, SIBM, SCMHRD  - Advisors should have minimum 9 years HR and 6 years compensation experience and Principals minimum 12 years HR and 9 years' compensation experience  - Ideal profile would have worked with both consultants (Mercer, Aon Hewitt, Towers) and corporates (American MNCs preferred). People having worked only with consultants will not be suitable, but people having worked only corporate can be considered.
