We have opening for DVP/VP Risk Analyst - Retail Banking with Leading Private Bank

Location - Mumbai

Experience - 6 + years work experience in Risk Analysis

Job Role :

- Create and implement working capital loan products' and unsecured business lending products risk management policies and procedures.

- Motivate policy and procedure modifications based on market and portfolio trends.

- Keep an eye on and control portfolio risk, which includes operational, market, and credit risks.

- Track and keep an eye on the vertical's loss rates and portfolio health in order to provide appropriate loss rates for the company.

- Develop and apply scoring models in collaboration with the analytics and data science teams to improve process effectiveness and risk classification.

- Closely collaborate with stakeholders to develop a strong legal, technical, OTC, and PDD, build a robust Risk Governance framework, portfolio monitoring and CGTMSE monitoring process.

- Work together with the tech team to use business rule engines (BREs) to automate procedures, enhance workflows, and apply risk controls.

- Using fast mortality analysis and hind seeing to provide management and internal stakeholders with important, actionable insights.

- Review and update risk policies on a regular basis to take into account modifications to the market, merchandise, or company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Expertise in working capital financing and secured/unsecured business lending.

- Capacity to comprehend risk segmentation, decision trees, and scorecard modeling.

- A focus on the automation and digitization of risk management procedures and policies.

- Needs to have previous experience managing a portfolio.

- Capacity to collaborate with many stakeholders, such as credit, business, and product teams, in order to achieve the intended outcomes.

- You must have practical experience with SQL, SalesForce, and SaS.

- It is desirable if you have practical expertise managing a supply chain financing portfolio.
