- This role is responsible for devising and implementation of Policy & Risk Governance framework Pan India.

- Ensuring credit and risk strategy aligned with the market trends to facilitate favorable business environment and to build and maintain portfolio quality.

- Maintain productivity at the desired levels aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

- Strategy formulation, product and policy design

Portfolio Monitoring :

- Candidate should have prior experience of 8 to 10 years in Retail Finance Industry handling policy role.

- Candidate should have sound knowledge of business environment Pan india

- Should have sound communication and report writing skills

- Should have some knowledge about financial statements

- Should be conversant with word, excel and PowerPoint
