Job Role:
- Manage & develop a large team including senior resources (internal & external)
- Monitor operational activities pertaining to Renewals
a) Managing Mandate registration Process
b) Managing Regular billing mandate execution with bank partners and other intermediaries.
c) Managing and review of Contract Suspense, Reinstatement & Campaigns
- Renewal Collection Strategy Management - Devise, implement and monitor strategies for renewal collection.
- Devise strategies and action plan for renewal collections from Sales and Branch Operations teams
- Stay updated with industry best practices & implementing innovative process/plans
- Facilitate inter-departmental linkages for effective delivery
- Devise strategies and manage Customer Engagement and Communications
- Manage Customer Communication (Calendarized & Ad hoc)
- Initiate & execute projects for process enhancement & performance improvement.
- Preparing Renewal Budget & Expense plan
- Cost optimization through innovative process & data analytics
- Call center management
- Renewal Regulatory reporting's
- Managing Data & MIS for entire Persistency & Renewal Unit
- Align the team for query & complaints related to renewal payment, mapping & refund
