Position: National Training Manager

Preferably from BFSI Experience
Purpose of the role:
- To identify developmental needs, design, create and deliver solutions across the IB division at every level. Responsible for setting clear points of evaluation and demonstrating the degree of success achieved for all training intervensions.
- Deliver behavioural training to Managers to enable them to manage their teams and deliver high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify the training needs for Agri, Micro Enterprise and Inclusive Banking division.
2. Collaborate with business and support teams ( legal/credit etc.) and build the content through L&D COE team.
3. Design training calendar in consultation with stake holders and ensure the same is delivered through ZTM and RTMs.
4. Ensure timely induction of new joinees and make them productive in shortest span of time.
5. Assessment of training effectiveness, understanding gaps and initiate CAPA for improving the effectiveness.
6. Ensure standardization of content and delivery across RTMs/ZTMs.
7. Review of training content on a periodical basis and updation of the same in consultation with all stake holders.
Desired Experience:
- Number of years of experience (range) :12-16 Years ( experience in sales role is also preferred)
- Type of companies/sector worked for : Sales of financial products/services
- Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations : sales/ training.
- Languages : Should speak, read and write local language well and English.
- Computer/technical skills (if any) :Good computer knowledge, any ERP in training domain is preferable.
