Responsibilities: - Head the digital Innovation Strategy execution as the organization transforms itself for a digital future - Act as customer advocate to build reach and engagement with target segments, online - Provide hands-on guidance on execution across multiple performance marketing channels - Develop and continually enhance attribution methodologies that take into account multiple touchpoints across a number of channels to inform marketing spend allocation decisions - Closely monitor, measure and report on digital marketing effectiveness and conduct ad hoc analytics to support marketing performance optimization - Define testing and optimization roadmap and lead experimental design and implementation of tests needed to improve marketing funnel performance - Develop and execute sophisticated approaches for Customer Acquisition and Customer Relationship Management, using data gathered from internal systems, marketing platforms and customer research - Use of big data and its integration with business analytics for providing better customer experience and for cross-selling products too. - Manage relationships with stakeholders across the organization as well as third party partners - Stay current on cross-industry digital marketing innovations and bring those ideas to our business - Develop partnership and integration opportunities with e-commerce platforms and other online brands serving affinity segments - Scout the market for relevant use cases for use of new technologies like AI, IOT and blockchain, for revenue enhancenet and /or cost efficiency, as the need may be Project Management - Build roadmaps for digital applications and define projects for the same - Track usage, customer behavior and feedback to plan changes to the applications. - Direct and manage project development from beginning to end - Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders - Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion - Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis - Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary - Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company - Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders - Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel - Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team - Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path - Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools - Track project milestones and deliverables - Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations - Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas - Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans - Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle - Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work - Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements - Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management Experience: - Demonstrated results developing sophisticated full-funnel marketing programs, across multiple channels - Experience managing, manipulating and analyzing large data sets (e.g., Transaction data, raw CRM data, BigQuery data) and conducting a variety of analyses at various levels of sophistication - Experience using digital reporting and automation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, DCM, DS, Facebook Ad Manager, Responsys, etc.) - Experience designing and implementing sophisticated test-and-learn programs, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, lift testing, etc. - Demonstrated experience working closely with content and creative teams to improve results - Demonstrated experience presenting clear, concise recommendations, with appropriate supporting evidence - Experience of managing in a project environment a variety of project types - Proven track record of successfully delivering significant business projects - Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential - Prior experience in insurance of BFSI environment is preferred. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in analytical field required, Master's degree preferred - Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and natural grasp of mathematical concepts - Comfort and experience with marketing automation and reporting platforms required - Comfort with relational databases including data extraction and manipulation required, in-depth knowledge of SQL preferred - Knowledge of R, Python or similar big data analytics platform preferred
