DVP - Translation/Localization - BFS

- Establish, and lead language Localization at SBI Card - the process, structure and operations

- Develop and monitor Project Plan & Processes to effectively manage localization projects from beginning to end.

- Streamline Processes to deliver at shortest possible TATs on localization projects

- Work closely with translation agencies and review vendors to ensure translation / transcreation quality and monitor language quality

- Develop a good understanding of market expectations for localization quality and deliver accordingly

- Work within the localization structure and Internal teams (Product, Brand, Legal, Compliance) to identify and address linguistic challenges; Maintain factual accuracy in selection of localized terminology; Build language references like terminology databases and style guide for everyday use

- Understand challenges in the localization process and lead broad language quality improvement initiatives at the language and team level

- Direct teams deliveries to timelines adherence and quality control, including responsiveness and professionalism towards internal partners

- Continually expand knowledge and education in localization trends and news

Qualification -

- Min. Masters Degree/MBA

- 10 years and above. Prior experience of managing language translations projects will be preferred
