- Responsibilities would include Manpower Planning, Budgeting,Sourcing through various methodologies like Digital, Social Media, References etc.
- Proactive Learner, Expertise in Strategising for Talent Acquistion.
- Experience of recruitment at a mass level ; should have back-ups ready for every new hire,Salary Negotiation, Pre-offer and Post Offer Follow up. Handholding of new joinees for first few months.
- Should be dynamic and a good multi-tasker.
