DVP - Strategy - B2B SaaS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead development of strategy and executional plans to achieve growth and profit targets of the Company.
- Partner with relevant leaders to take the plans to execution.
- Thought leadership in technology led innovations with the objective of disruption in the edtech sector.
- Setup robust internal tracking through identifying the right lead-lag metrics, clear dashboards for decision making and communication.
- Create and drive strategic collaboration across functions
- Develop structured approach for news products and product improvements based on market/competition/learning objectives
- Manage consistent and clear communication between various internal or external parties
- Provide insights on market activity and proposed action for Company and present them to the leadership team
- Analyse and present market trends, financial trends, competitor behaviour, and anything else that could impact the business.
- Come up with concrete recommendations for the business
- Take up role of Chief of Staff and work directly with the founders on rotation
IDEAL EXPERIENCE:
- 6 to 8 years' experience in consulting and strategy role in a company
- Candidates with B2B experience will be preferred
- Strategy Consulting experience with Big Consulting firms or experience in leading
- Business strategy will be preferred
- Experience in cross-functional project management, enabling data for decision making, driving product improvements, competition tracking, acquisition and partnerships will be beneficial
- Excellent academic pedigree with a preference for an alumnus of a top-tier business school/university in India / abroad.
- MBA from Top Tier B - school + Strategy consulting experience is a must
