DVP - Retail Lending Analytics

Role/responsibilities:

- Head the Retail Lending product analytics team focused on various secured lending products and credit cards.

- Provide strong analytics thought leadership to solve various problems across customer life-cycle - customer acquisition, portfolio management, product & pricing strategy, segmentation, etc.

- Partner with product/portfolio teams to drive data-driven decision making in various areas of lending products

- Serve as analytics leader to various acquisition/targeting programs, product strategies, segmentation, activation, exposure/limit management, balance transfer/consolidation programs, spend programs, etc.

- Provide regular business performance monitoring and data-driven insights to senior management and lending product teams.

Candidate requirements & desired characteristics:

- Bachelors degree in Business/Economics/Finance/Engineering or other quantitative disciplines. Masters degree preferred.

- 9+ years of analytics experience in Consumer Lending / Cards / secured loans.

- Sharp analytical thinker and proven thought leader

- Strong communication skills - ability to work with multiple product teams/stakeholders, understand key business objectives, and communicate complex concepts effectively to different audiences

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Excellent spreadsheet and presentation skills

- Knowledge of SAS/SQL
