DVP - Operational Risk - Financial Service

Looking for DVP - Operational Risk with one of my Financial Service Client based in Gurugram location.

- As part of Enterprise Risk Management team, role requires effective execution of Enterprise Risk Management framework, Operational Risk Framework, Product risk assessment and implementation of Digital Payment Products and Services Policy.

- Managing operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting, and implementing effective mechanism which enforces monitoring and testing of primary controls.

- Schedule and Manage - Enterprise Risk Management Committee (ERMC), Operational Risk Management Committee (ORMC), Information Security Committee (ISC) and New Product Introduction (NPI) meetings and highlight new material risks for the company and to ensure they are discussed at appropriate forums.

- Support in strengthening Risk Management Framework for the company.

- Ensure effective implementation of organization's Risk Management Policy in accordance with Risk Appetite/ Risk Objectives and ISO framework.

- Ensures compliance with applicable regulations, Design and maintain risk management tools like Key Risk Indicators, loss database, scenario analysis, stress test, etc.

- Monitor performance of KRI against management approved thresholds and report breaches to CRO, VP ERM and risk committees.

- Ensure Operational risk framework implementation, Business Enablement and overall Ops risk oversight.

- Responsible to provide training and awareness on operational risk.

- Engage in key change management initiatives to ensure that operational risk exposure is considered and addressed.

- Manage OR Incidents, Liaise with business for RCA, resolution and corrective action plan. Report OR Incident report to senior management.

- Ensure timely deliverables for internal / external reports and ad-hoc assignments given by CRO / Risk Committees.
