DVP- Instructional Design & Content

Responsibilities:

- Create a training roadmap for multiple channels in line with the company strategy

- Development and management of training content for the frontline

- Increasing the digital training uptake.

- Creation of framework for effective and timely dissemination of information to the last leg.

- Manage CHL Academy, a digital learning initiative

- Conduct TNA and Create customized training content with necessary filing for signoff aligned to Sales training strategy

- Continuously update the sales training content in line with changing regulations, products etc.

- Create innovative Sales Aids aligned to the needs of partner banks, together with sales channels & Marketing team

- Manage the Return on Investment for the identified programs

- Manage the training for Direct Distribution's call center

- In discussion with the channel heads creation and formation of sales training AOP

- Training Expense monitoring and sales training vendor bills processing
