DVP - Financial Reporting - EPC Conglomerate

- Experience in preparation of IFRS/ Ind AS financial statements along with disclosures, including accounting entries for complex transactions

- Managing the entire MIS for parent company and its subsidiaries and reporting to leadership on revenue, utilisation, resource up date and book of business. Working closely with the HOD Finance in creating annual budgets that comprises of revenue, headcount, and gross margin planning across Sub Service Lines (SSL) & Solutions at India and EMEIA Level .

- Working alongside the core leadership team on strategic initiatives like price upliftment, COE build out to improve delivery and gross margins.

- Monitoring the weekly revenue & sales performance and book of business for Consulting SL in line with annual plan and identifying reasons for shortfalls/gaps/risks and suggesting remedial actions.
