DVP - Corporate HR - BFSI

Currently working on a DVP- Corporate HR position with a leading Private Sector Bank/ Financial Services org based in Mumbai.

The role will be a generalist for the Corporate Function, which includes TA for the Corporate positions only, Working on HR Projects, managing HR operations end to end for the Corporate function.

Involved in Capability Building & Employee Engagement. Will be handling the complete employee lifecycle with relationships across stakeholders & influencers.

Looking for full time MBA HR professionals with 10-12 yrs of experience, have worked in the corporate HR function preferably from Banks/ Insurance/ NBFC/Financial Institutions.
