Tentative KRAs -
- Dealing with all the business units with respect to designing Annual Incentive plan, completing Annual compensation Review, Mid-Year compensation review.
- Representing the compensation plan of business units to the CPO, playing intermediary role between the business units and the group in closing submissions on compensation plans.
- Payroll & Compliance
- Managing Variable pay-out policy, various Sales Incentive policy, Delivery Incentive Plan
- Initiation and Management of end to end Compensation Benchmarking
- , Ensuring data requirements of Accounts, Auditors and Actuarial, Addressing queries from Auditors and Accounts team.
- Value Addition : Create Dashboards to streamline C&B activities across Business units, Catering to ad -hoc data.
- Industry Preference : Banks / NBFC / Management Consulting companies.
