Qualification : Post Graduate Diploma in business management.
Insurance licentiate is a must
- 8 - 12 years of relevant experience
- Support execution of geographic-specific growth plans for Property & Construction
- Develop and co-lead to win new large accounts
- Collaborate with the Sales, Specialty and Servicing leaders/teams to advance client satisfaction, retention, expansion and profitability objectives
- Expand business with existing clients and ensure a high level of client relationship management
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and potential new product and services opportunities
- Implement processes and measures for monitoring and maintaining standards of business conduct consistent with Insurance Brokers- Code of Business Conduct
- Market expertise, Leadership focus towards business expansion, Amalgamation of Specie and Affinity products
- Exposure towards untapped Specie insurance markets, Support to growing local Specie Insurance Business
- Create relationships with current RI markets invested in India for obvious vested interest.
- Should be managing liability portfolios of clients of the country and multiple other financial institutions as well.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Deep understanding of the Insurance Industry and has in-depth expertise in the Financial Lines & Casualty specialty line.
- S/he will be responsible for enabling the company to win business from customers by leveraging the specialized domain knowledge.
- S/he will execute the business strategy in Financial Lines & Casualty along with the Sales Leader and the Account teams.
- S/he will be responsible for building the practice and supporting the sales team and for driving a winning domain knowledge-based sales culture.
- The incumbent will define and execute a penetration strategy for existing clients, while adhering to the company's defined sales processes.
