As a talent magnet and talent acquisition person, you would
1) Understand the talent needs of the business unit, supporting your stakeholders. This would mean , working on manpower budgeting and adhering to plan.
2) You would use all the channels of new age hiring in order to get right talent on board, ensuring that there is good mix of diversity, adherence to cost and using technology to your advantage.
3) Care about the candidate experience and tie it back to creating strong employer brand
4) Closing roles and making your candidates join the organization, should bring you great motivation. You should be a social networker who enjoys making the match.
