1. Measure, Analyse, monitor SCM cost buckets like COGS, WH reporting logistics cost.
2. Annual Budgeting. Track budget vs actual
3. Understand business case and make business proposal.
4. Build capex proposal and ROI calculation
5. Draft SOP for change management.
6. Inventory management, provision, salvaging proposals.
7. Hedging of commodities.
8. Be part of digitization projects.
9. Drive metrics of improvement projects.
10. Work closely with cross-functional teams.
11. Manage data and presentation for weekly reporting, monthly OKR .
12. He would be part of SCM team with parallel reporting to Finance head.
13. Will work closely with WH, Logistics, procurement and demand planning team
