Role : ERP BPC Service Delivery Lead

Purpose of Position :

As ERP - Finance - Service Delivery Leader - BPC for DuPont, the candidate will be responsible for managing the Service Delivery and driving continuous improvement for functional ERP application portfolios supporting DuPont's financial business processes esp Business Process Consolidation, The supported application portfolio includes SAP BPC and other associated modules in SAP. The candidate should also have good knowledge of SAP BPC and BW.

Key Responsibilities include the following :

- Responsible for integrated incident and problem management. Lead incident response efforts within service delivery for any incidents impacting the application portfolio

- Responsible for change, release management, and testing associated with non-impact, operational readiness, and transition acceptance

- Responsible for communications and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders impacted, or potentially impacted, by service disruption, additions, changes, and/or reductions in service

- Responsible for service delivery decisions made to ensure application service level targets are met or exceeded (e.g. performance and availability)

- Responsible for information security and compliance

- Responsible for disaster recovery and business continuity planning

- Responsible for driving continuous improvements

- Responsible for 24x7 365 support

Job Qualifications :

Skills, Education and Experience :

- At least 5 years of relevant functional configuration in SAP BPC and over total of 5 years of experience in SAP

- Strong Knowledge of SAP BPC and BW

- Deep domain experience in Finance, with CA or similar background

Leadership Competencies :

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Managing externally contracted team resources.

- Ability to work with cross functional global teams

Technical Competencies :

- Strong understanding of various SDLC methodologies

- Atleast 2 Full cycle implementations in SAP

- Experience working with Vendors, SLAs, product roadmaps, and support lifecycles

- ITIL certifications preferred
