Job Description :

Purpose of Position :

- As BASIS Service Delivery Leader for DuPont, the candidate will be responsible for managing the Service Delivery and driving continuous improvement in ERP portfolios supporting DuPont's BASIS and Technology operations. The supported portfolio includes R/3, ECC, S/4, HANA, BWA, DB2, Oracle, SQL, Trex and associated modules, integration with other legacy systems and across all assets within the portfolio.

- The person will work very closely with the Infrastructure Service Deliver leads to ensure the appropriate process and system integration across the ERP landscape

Key Responsibilities include the following :

- Responsible for integrated incident and problem management. Lead incident response efforts within service delivery for any incidents impacting the application portfolio

- Responsible for change, release management, and testing associated with non-impact, operational readiness, and transition acceptance

- Responsible for communications and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders impacted, or potentially impacted, by service disruption, additions, changes, and/or reductions in service

- Responsible for service delivery decisions made to ensure application service level targets are met or exceeded (e.g. performance and availability)

- Responsible for information security and compliance

- Responsible for disaster recovery and business continuity planning

- Responsible for driving continuous improvements

- Responsible for 24x7 365 support

Job Qualifications :

Skills, Education and Experience :

- At least 5 years of relevant Technical configuration experience with specialization in SAP BASIS and DBA

- Experience across R/3, ECC, S/4, HANA, DBA

- Strong Knowledge of SAP BASIS, DBA and HANA

- Bachelor's degree

Leadership Competencies :

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Managing externally contracted team resources.

- Ability to work with cross functional global teams

Technical Competencies :

- Strong understanding of various SDLC methodologies

- Full cycle implementations of SAP

- Experience working with Vendors, SLAs, product roadmaps, and support lifecycles

- ITIL certifications preferred
