On-boarding : Profiles require a combination of sales and account management skills and operations. Ensuring smooth on-boarding of the signed merchants, end-to-end coordination to source all the relevant details for activation, coordination with the onboarding team, and cataloging team to ensure that the merchants are activated within the stipulated time frame Merchant Growth & Relationship Management : This KRA involves ensuring the MOM growth of the merchants on Dunzo. It starts with the coordination with different stakeholders and other relevant teams to make them LIVE on the platform. Understanding the business of the merchant and matching it with the user expectations by sourcing and promoting offers on the bestselling products, planning different brand-specific campaigns, strategizing MOM order growth plans, working on the monthly brand-wise order projections, and ensuring that the projections are overachieved. Roles & Responsibilities : - Primary Responsibilities include the expansion of brands across Geos wherever Dunzo is serviceable in the city. - Meeting the client's F2F, interacting and gaining detailed knowledge about their business, and identifying the key areas of improvement. - Maintaining good hygiene across operational metrics and ensuring the same is monitored on a weekly and monthly basis. - Identifying opportunities for additional revenue generation, and lead creation for upselling other services provided by Dunzo. - Being customer-obsessed and ensuring that the clients are happy with the services provided by Dunzo & act as the best promoters of our brand through WOM, brand social media handles, and other promotional activities done by the brand. - Quality Metrics: Ensuring that all the key merchant metrics of Dunzo are adhered to and making sure every order is delivered the way it's supposed to be with no margins for errors that affects the customer experience adversely. - Internal coordination: Addressing any real-time issues or complex issues and resolving them at the earliest. This involves coordinating with all internal stakeholders which include but is not limited to Onboarding Team, Category Managers, Finance, Marketing, Supply, and other allied teams. Requirements : - Bachelor's/P.G or associate degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field may be advantageous. - Familiar with the geography and market understanding of the city. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. - Knowing the local language is mandatory. - Experience in sales and operations and providing solutions based on customer needs. - Excellent organizational and team-handling skills. - Ability in problem-solving and negotiation. - Understanding advanced excel is a must.
