About Dunzo Merchant Services
Dunzo Merchant Services (DMS) is the logistics arm of Dunzo that interfaces directly with merchants. It is currently the largest on demand hyperlocal organization in the cities that it operates in, covering over 30K merchants ranging across (i) SMEs and SMBs (ii) Online Aggregators (iii) Omni Channel Enterprise Merchants addressing all of their hyperlocal needs.
It is currently serviceable in 8 cities and we are looking to scale it to the top 25 cities of the country in the next 6 months and become the largest hyperlocal delivery player in the country. As we scale we plan to add newer service lines and products for the merchant ecosystem.
About this role
This role has the complete ownership of growing our enterprise client network. Primarily selling our core value proposition - on demand logistics.
This is CEO-1 role and part of the core group of all decision making at DMS. The role would be the singular owner of growing the enterprise network, customised product design, feet on street, sales operations team and part of the inside sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to bring new enterprise clients
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Work with product, engineering and design leads to identify product intervention and features required for specific large clients

- # Of Orders from new and existing clients
- Rev/Km from new and existing clients
- Given part of the core team, all organizational KPIs
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of overall experience
- 8+ years of Sales experience with at least 5+ in people management
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in building and scaling sales teams from 1 to 100, and working alongside large enterprise clients
