Currently operational in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, New Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, and Kolkata, we are planning to expand to various other cities in the country.

As a hyperlocal logistics & transportation company, we operate across various business segments, ranging from delivery of essentials via surface transport and operating warehouses, to experimenting with e-commerce delivery using drones and deploying sustainable modes of transportation such as EVs.

Responsibilities :

- Deliver high-quality legal support across a broad spectrum of fields, including commercial agreements, corporate matters, regulatory adherence, labor and employment issues, real estate transactions, and legal aspects of business dealings

- Assist in the development and evaluation of various policies and terms and conditions related to business operations and our services

- Keep abreast of pertinent and emerging legal and regulatory developments

- Leverage analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to offer strategic legal counsel to functional leaders and top executives

- Prepare, assess, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements to support both our B2B and B2C sectors at Dunzo

- Provide guidance to the business on the relevant regulatory laws and contribute to the creation of templates for innovative business offerings

- Participate in the review of printed materials, social media content, and other marketing communications to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements

Requirements:

- LLB qualification with 3-6 years of experience with a law firm or in-house

- Strong understanding of labor, corporate & cyber law

- Great stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills

- Legal counsel experience in e-commerce or internet companies is preferred

- Adept in drafting contracts and working in a dynamic, fast paced environment
