Roles & Responsibilities: -

- Looking for an analytical and passionate individual who thrives to make an impact & be a part of the Business Team.

- Should have worked in roles handling high data volume analysis & able to articulate the insights of data analysis to the team.

- Ability to collaborate with different functions to get relevant data for analysis & improve KPI performance.

- Analyzing competitive activity, customers, and market trends. Expert in data analysis & visualization. Synthesize & communicate results to stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

- Work closely with Stakeholders in the Product and Business Team and abstract problem statements. Improve process efficiency & control variance.

- Dive deep and understand different upstream/downstream systems & processes to be able to suggest business improvements.

- Preferred - Candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SQL/Tableau to do analysis from the large quantum of data.

Skills:-

- Expertise in solving complex and highly impactful quantitative business problems.

- Graduate/Post Graduate. A business degree would be a plus.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in "Food/FMCG/E-QCommerce" preferably in Retail/Warehouse segments.

- Successful track record in working closely with the Business Team to deliver cross-functional processes on aggressive schedules.

- Willing to do required business travel between Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.

Note: It is a Work from Office job- Bangalore HO & Relevant experience in Program Management is Mandatory.
