About Dunzo Merchant Services :

- Dunzo Merchant Services (DMS) is the logistics arm of Dunzo that interfaces directly with merchants. It is currently the largest on demand hyperlocal organization in the cities that it operates in, covering over 30K merchants ranging across (i) SMEs and SMBs (ii) Online Aggregators (iii) Omni Channel Enterprise Merchants, addressing all of their hyperlocal needs.

- It is currently serviceable in 8 cities and we are looking to scale it to the top 25 cities of the country in the next 12 months and become the largest hyperlocal delivery player in the country. As we scale we plan to add newer service lines and products for the merchant ecosystem.

About this role :

- As the Central Supply Lead, you will lead a team of smart and driven folks for strategic initiatives across supply, liaison with the City Operations team, own supply metrics related to cost, availability etc , work with stakeholders to set the operational and product roadmap.

Responsibilities :

- Designing and executing on the existing supply engagement and retention strategy

- Own key metrics around Supply Economics like Cost per order, Supply Utilization

- Analysing the quantitative data available and the qualitative feedback to come up solutions to problems specific to different regions

- Defining and optimizing incentive schemes for Delivery partners across different regions

- Collaborating with City Operations team to solve problems related to cost optimizations, partner retention programs

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of overall experience

- 3+ years of operations experience with at least 2+ in people management

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

- Experience in building and scaling operations from 1 to 100, and working alongside stakeholders both internal and external like the government and third party agencies

- E-commerce, Hyperlocal, Supply Chain, Logistics experience - managing a scale of at least 1M orders/ week

Good to haves:

- Prior experience in managing on-demand hyperlocal fleet

- Knowledge of multiple delivery fleet models would be an added advantage.

- Prior experience in leading large teams
