Scope of Work :
1. POC for high performing Dunzo Team
2. Partner with Leads/Managers to execute people strategy, drive people programs, help managers strategize and execute new initiatives
3. Drive engagement within the teams on regular basis to boost morale and build relationships
4. Manage and spearhead day-to-day work allocation and delivery of the team.
5. Ensure that the SOPs are adhered to and updated from time to time.
6. Scale-up processes in line with growing headcount and changing organization & people goals & needs.
7. Ensure team member queries are resolved as per the SLAs.
8. Work closely with leaders and teams to understand the pulse of the business to help build
and execute thoughtful engagement plans that also enable retention of the team members.
9. Monitor attrition levels and implement innovative attrition control mechanisms.
10. Administer and continuously look for enhancing employee benefits and tie-ups.
11. Drive the implementation of org-wide people team initiatives, Employee Engagement activities, surveys, analysis, and reports.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Masters in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Should have advanced knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Should have worked in the IT Industry/e-commerce/quick commerce company
- Early startup experience is preferred.
- Must have worked with Tech teams in the past.
