- At Dunzo, we put our users first. The product team at Dunzo works on defining why something should be built and what should be built to solve user problems. PMs prioritise the most important problems and then work with teams across engineering, design, operations, growth, marketing, category, finance and legal to deliver solutions that solve the most important problems.

- We are a diverse set of individuals with different experiences and interests united by a passion for solving problems in ways that delight our users and have business impact.

- As a product leader for Dunzo's user products, you will be the primary architect of a world class user experience. You will lead a team of PMs and Senior PMs working on multiple products and features that improve the experience for our users. You will work with leaders including our CEO to gather a 360 degree understanding of problems that we need to solve and opportunities that we need to invest in to form a product strategy that ultimately delivers on business outcomes.

Responsibilities :

- Define and improve execution of a group of product strategies that work towards solving user, partner and merchant problems that are are aligned with Dunzo's business goals

- Orchestrate launch and feedback cycles of multiple features across product lines

- Work with engineering and design leads to diagnose and solve team's problems

- Coach PM's and Senior PM's to be better versions of themselves

- Lead a team of PPMs, SPMs, PMs and APMs across the following cross functional teams:

- Top of the funnel and Onboarding Experience

- Shopping Experience

- Segmentation, Promotions, Pricing and User Journey Management

- Payments

- Catalog

Qualifications :

- 7+ years of product management experience

- 2+ years of people management experience

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Experience building and delivering strategic product roadmaps

- Experience in building and implementing Go to market strategies

- E-commerce, Hyperlocal, Supply Chain, Logistics or 1M DAU+ B2C experience mandatory for this role

Good to haves:

- E-commerce, Hyperlocal, Supply Chain or Logistics experience preferred

- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance and Marketing.

- Ability to influence stakeholders and company leadership without authority
