Job purpose:

To support the Organisation Design function to ensure dunnhumby's organisation is fit for purpose to deliver our strategic agenda and goals, that we understand our current organisational structure, and we make changes to it in adherence to our organisation design principles and role framework standards.

Key accountabilities :

- Review and maintain dunnhumby's role framework, ensuring it remains up to date, clear and consistent and , is in line with our Operating Model and avoids duplication or overlap of roles. Proactively seek opportunities to improve and streamline the role framework.

- Work with the business to review, update and create job descriptions, ensuring they adhere to job description standards, are correctly graded and don't create any confusion or duplication in accountabilities.

- Manage the end-to-end process of getting new and updated roles added to our HR systems

- Create and manage organisational reports, and oversee completion of quarterly headcount reporting to Tesco, liaising with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to explain changes in headcount.

- With the support of the Head of Organisation Design, lead discrete, small-scale organisation design projects and changes end-to-end, while working closely with relevant HR teams and other stakeholders.

- Support larger scale organisation design restructuring projects by conducting interviews and data gathering, supporting workshops and analysing organisation documents and data to help develop a clear understanding of the structure, roles and responsibilities, as well as helping to clearly document the changes and proposed organisational design.

- Create/ generate organisation charts as and when required, working with the HRBPs to ensure people data is reflected correctly.

What we expect from you:

- Degree or equivalent in Psychology/Human resources or any other relevant field

- Experience with organisation design principles and working with role frameworks

- Experience of working with a global organizations would be an added advantage

- 2 to 5 years of HR experience would be a good to have
