Dun & Bradstreet - Senior Associate Research Analyst - Supply Chain Consulting Projects

Key Responsibilities : 

Delivery Management :

1. Work on Supply Chain consulting projects across value chain which comprises of Supplier and Channel Partner Risk Management

2. Will be responsible for timely fulfillment of reports and revenue recognition from the accounts managed

3. Work closely and guide a team of operations executives assigned under them

4. Have a target-oriented approach - ensure you meet the standards on both productivity and quality

5. Resolve any customer queries and ensure agreed SLAs are met. Work with internal stakeholders for any exception handling

6. Work closely with customers to enhance delivery and support infrastructure and processes

Sales Support :

1. Actively participate in product demonstrations / customer presentations to drive the right use cases and effectively communicate the product offerings to prospects

Key Responsibilities : 

2. Liaise with client and business development team and come out with customized risk frameworks based on their needs

3. Support the Contracting process by providing functional inputs on scope of work, seek resolution from legal and finance teams and other internal stakeholders

4. Provide case-based inputs from prospecting process to refine product collaterals and outreach content

New Product Development & Automation :

1. Be future looking and creative enough to identify new data insights and analysis in offerings

2. Analyze processes, identify gaps and improvement aspects - take necessary actions to either re-engineer, eliminate or automate them

3. Liaise with global product team and help launch new products / solutions to India market

KEY REQUIREMENTS : 

- MBA/ Postgraduate (Tier I / II College) with 4+ years of experience in Operations, delivery or analyst profile, product management experience

- Proven track record of successful customer engagement

- Demonstrates the personas including product advocacy and ownership

- Experience in Credit Ratings/Consulting/Advisory

- Analytical Capabilities and Problem Solving

- Excellent communication and decision-making skills

- Highly customer-focused and result-oriented

- Knowledge of new age BI and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI

- Ability to have strong relationship with Sales and other corporate functions to achieve India objectives

- Ready to Travel (post Covid)

Primary External Interactions - Decision makers (CXOs) at MNCs, Corporates & Banks

Primary Internal Interactions - Sales Team, IT Support and Infrastructure team, Legal, Finance
