Project Execution: To ensure high quality services delivery standards enhancing client satisfaction by duly performing activities within prescribed TAT & ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Lead an operations team for execution of Due Diligence & Compliance mandates for Banks & Corporates.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead a strong team of 20+ associates for completion of assigned projects

- Conduct focus groups and facilitate workshops for both client stakeholder

- Engage with customers to explain them the project status and interpretation of Credit reports

- Support manager in project management such as project delivery, client stakeholder relationships, document management, etc.

- Improve efficiencies through automation / RPA within the process

- Implementation and adherence of internal/external Compliances and Policies

- Ensure data quality & data integrity of client records.

- Effective coordination & control over outsource activities following set timelines

- Proactive approach by working with Cross Functional Team

- Active support to management reporting, audits, inspection, etc. via timely accurate data submission

- Lead and conduct review meeting with relevant stakeholders

- Active engagement with team, communicating the objective and deliverable targets.

Team Management

- Effectively Lead team of Tele research and Executives in delivering projects

- Be a mentor to junior team members

- Team building and Development

Education:

CA / M.B.A (Finance) with 5+ Years of relevant work experience
