Dun & Bradstreet - Analyst - Fulfillment - Risk & Finance Portfolio

Job Purpose :

The profile requires the candidate to be a partner in helping achieve revenue targets and overall P&L of the business. Candidate will not only be responsible for driving fulfilment and execution, but also assist business development team by interacting with customers from analyst perspective and help drive business closures. Candidate must have a well round understanding of the lending / credit approval process in banks or a thorough under writing knowledge and experience. The Candidate is expected to help acquire new customers, drive usage of D&B product(s) in Risk & Finance portfolio. The profile also involves interacting with end customers as part of post-sales engagement, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization from streams such as Sales, Finance and Technology among others to create a cohesive unit that delivers the right product experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Delivery :

1. Have a in-depth knowledge of Bank/FIs credit approval and underwriting process and about the resources required for decision making

2. Utilize this knowledge to aid usage and connect with end customer of various D&B Products in Risk & Finance

3. Actively participate in product demonstrations to drive the right use cases and effectively communicate the product offerings to prospects

4. Resolve any customer queries and ensure agreed SLAs are met by the delivery team. Work with internal stakeholders for any exception handling

5. Liaise between the market and product team to ensure timely feedback on the competition and any relevant information from prospects and customers. Set clear goals and motivate the team to bring out their best

6. Support the Contracting process by providing functional inputs on scope of work, seek resolution from legal and finance teams and other internal stakeholders

7. Ensure Delivery management is supported adequately by allocating the right resources for delivery for each customer signup.

Sales Support :

1. Actively participate in product demonstrations / customer presentations to drive the right use cases and effectively communicate the product offerings to prospects

2. Support the prospecting phase during market outreach. Support the sales for ongoing prospecting activities

3. Liaise with client and business development team and come out with sale propositions

4. Liaise between the market and business team to ensure timely feedback on the competition from existing customers

5. Support the Contracting process by providing functional inputs on scope of work, seek resolution from legal and finance teams and other internal stakeholders

6. Provide case-based inputs from prospecting process to refine product collaterals and outreach content

Key Requirements :

- MBA/ Postgraduate (Tier I/II College) with 3-4 years of experience in Operations, delivery or banking credit analyst / under-writing profile, product management experience an add-on

- Proven track record of successful customer engagement and post-sales communications

- Acting as knowledge sharing team members on credit approval processes in banking ecosystem along with underwriting input, tactical and strategic inputs on managing deliverables and customer engagement

- Leads by example and demonstrates the personas including product advocacy and ownership

- Excellent communication and decision-making skills

- Highly customer-focused and result-oriented

- Knowledge of new age BI and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI would be add-on

- Ability to have strong relationship with Sales and other corporate functions to achieve India objectives

Primary External Interactions :

- Decision makers (CXO- s) at MNCs, Corporates & Banks, end users, day to day follow up with customers on their product experience and content query handling

Primary Internal Interactions :

- Sales Team, IT Support and Infrastructure team, Legal, Finance
