Urgent opening for due diligence transition F&A - Manufacturing - BAND 6 (equivalent SM)

Band – 6

Exp – 8 – 11

Location- Gandhinagar

Essentials :

- Should have strong experience of carrying out Financial Due Diligence in the 3 Towers – RTR, P 2P,OTC.

- Worked on due diligence deliverables - FTE Impact Analysis, SLA Base lining, Risk & Mitigation Plan, BCP Requirement Gathering, Statement /Scope of Work, Process Maps on Visio, communication plan etc.

- Indirect Taxation Experience will be an added advantage.

- Strong interpersonal skills (ability to liaise at all levels)

- Extensive experience in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, clients, and/or partners towards the successful completion of a project

- Identification of key issues and carrying out the relevant financial analysis

- Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills, issue identification/prioritization/ resolution and report writing skills.

- Ability to execute project plans and manage on going issues

- Ability to cope under pressure and meet deadlines

- Good time management skills

Job Role :

- Identification of key issues and carrying out the relevant financial analysis and analyse in depth the financial information.

- Discuss and understand the financial performance of the business with the Management and establish strong professional relationships with onshore team members.

- Review the work performed by the subordinates and coach them.

- Use your expertise, knowledge and experience to further develop and promote the core People.

- Support business development initiatives and the development of all proposal and pitch material.

Client responsibilities:

- Understanding of client issues-Ability to discuss basic technical issues, ask appropriate questions and gather relevant information from the client. Develops rapport with the lower levels of client management; responds in a timely manner, displays commitment to outstanding client service.

- Awareness of services that the practice provides-Builds internal networks to develop understanding of service line offerings and bring potential opportunities to the attention of the team.

- Networking & Identification of opportunities-Begins to identify new opportunities for existing clients and communicates to manager. Networks internally within the peer group and other levels in the firm in order to gain understanding of issues that may impact issues with his clients.

- Provides timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed client expectations.

- Manage and coordinate approach of client,engagement teams, and third-party diligence providers throughout the transaction process.

- Lead and participate in business development efforts.

- Manage staff in the field and in the office to provide real time feedback and guidance to client and diligence providers to help ensure timely and efficient product delivery.

- Review reports and prepare key summary section.

- Manage the preparation of high quality deliverables of the project.

- Work closely with overseas colleagues on international assignments.

It is for their manufacturing client.

- Should have done- preparing work flow, process mgt, preparing SOPS, interacting with technical team.

- Team handling exp. is must.

- Should be willing to tavel, oversees also.
