We are currently retained by leading Big 4 to look for Statutory Audit Professionals who is willing to work for Due Diligence profile

- Candidate should have worked with Indian firms or with Consulting.

Job Synopsis however not restricted to below :

- Oversee the financial due diligence process with a key focus on quality of financial information, quality of earnings, analyzing debt and debt-like items and analyzing working capital over multi-year time periods

- Determine the work quality.

- Prepare/evaluate pro forma financial information

- Analyze financial/operational results of Target's by reviewing audited financial statements & accounting records and conducting interviews with Target management.
