Designation : Zonal Project Manager - Channel (Franchisee) 6 Days working Job Description : - Collaborate with all stakeholders at regional, zonal & corporate level - Coordinate with corporate project team & field team for flawless execution of projects - Ensure that all projects are executed within defined timelines - Share periodic feedback to corporate project team on project execution & project enhancements - Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques in respective zones - Report and escalate to corporate project team as needed - Play active role along with corporate project team during the project initiation stage - Apply project management processes & procedures for effective project management - Closely monitor behavior of consumer of projects (franchisees) to take associated actions - Travel in assigned geography for execution of projects Key desired skills are as below : - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills - Project management / program management skills / experience in new product launches - Strong analytical skills - Must have engineering background - Open to moderate travel
