Role & Responsibility:  - Ownership of Sales, Operations including Gateway, CSS and Finance including Billing & Credit Control of the entire Super Zone  - Take care of Zone's International IEFF Target & Profitability ie both top & bottom line  - Carry a personal Sales Portfolio including Target  - Recruitment & development of International Team members  - Support DP/CP/Retail Teams to conclude IEFF Sales  - Control & management of Credit exposure  - Manage ICOD relationship including monitoring ICOD pick ups  - Vendor Management as well as new Vendor development  - Conducting Training for Sales/CS/Operations as well as for Channel Partners  - Constantly looking for opportunities in the market both from Product as well as Geography perspective  - Keeping track of market development.
