Position Title - Zonal HR Head - North Zones CTC Range - 8 to 15 Lacs | Experience: Minimum of 4 ys - 11 Yrs Competencies / Attributes : - Strong Vertical and Industry Knowledge. - Good in Planning & Strategy and Human Resource Management JOB Description - Provide leadership and coordination of company's HR functions in the zone - Develop and implement zonal HR strategy and programs and establish a corporate strategy. - Recommend and establish company HR policies, procedures and work practices in the zone - Develop and coordinate grievances and mediate workplace disputes. - Attract, retain and develop talent to support growth and business success. - Facilitate and guide the various HR managers. - Work with department managers and staff to develop strategic short term and long term business plans for DTDC - Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefit programs. - Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve HR data management. - Recommend and maintain an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives. - Evaluate company culture and provide recommendations on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives. Ensure efficient and effective Talent Management program in place. Education & work experience REQUIREMENTS : - MBA/ MSW/ MHRM/ PGDM degrees preferably from Premier institutes with 4 yrs of experience. - At least 2-3 yrs of generalist profile in the last assignments.
