DTDC - Project Manager Position : Project Manager (Hyperlocal Operations &amp; Sales for Last mile solution) Location : Mumbai Experience : 5 - 6 yrs Job Summary : - As an organization, we are undertaking a comprehensive transformation strategy including but not limited to adding to the evolving product suite. - As part of the transformation strategy, we are exploring certain new delivery/product initiatives. The role will be responsible to build the organization's strategy around these initiatives, from conceptualization to on ground execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : STRATEGIC/TACTICAL : - Build a comprehensive strategic plan for the delivery/product initiatives envisioned by the management - Complete the GTM for the initiative, ensuring execution in all respects - Monitor project progress and ensure end state visualization - Ensure regular and timely updates to the management OPERATIONAL : - Oversee the project health once rolled out. Create and Monitor Project KPIs - Ensure issues around sales/operational execution are addressed and solved for PEOPLE : - Stakeholder management to ensure that all key members are aligned - Resolve various issues through effective communication with concerned team members - Facilitate training programs for team on a regular basis on topics pertaining to the project - Conduct periodic project reviews with the team and provide direction / guidance as required QUALIFICATION : - Post-graduation (operations/strategy specialization preferred) with 5-6 years of experience in operations/strategy, preferably from a leading new age logistics player - Prior experience in managing and executing projects at an organizational scale KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES : - Knowledge of logistics operations - Attention to detail and adherence of timelines - Ability to take decisions with the best available data - Ability to inspire confidence and create trust - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent stakeholder management skills - Adept in project management and execution - A self starter with ability to navigate ambiguity
