Project Description : - Employee will handle domestic fleet ( LV &amp; LHV) and will be responsible for - Vendor Management at corporate level - Agreements - Costing - Budgeting - Provision - Documentation and visibility of vehicles in system through tech - Also he/she will be responsible for performance management of fleet. Responsibilities : - Candidate should be able to drive a team, can coordinate with Zonal and Regional team to achieve the objective of LTL project. - Work closely with Transformation office to drive change management / transformation - Responsible for implementation of a project throughout a region/zone - Identify gaps in process design and practical ground implementation issues and provide long term resolutions - Regularly update project status and highlight specifics which require intervention - Establish the actual (as opposed to design) capacities and capabilities of existing field facilities in order to identify potential bottlenecks and scope for optimization - Visiting branch/ hub facilities region wide to drive implementation &amp; trouble shoot - Carry out screening studies and develop process schematics for potential process improvements Skills required : - Strong service orientation &amp; attention to detail - Strong process orientation and coordination - Excellent communication skills
