Job Responsibilities :   - SPOC for the strategic, tactical and operational projects at Organizational level   - Requirements gathering and gap analysis sessions, modelling of Business processes and provide engagement delivery services   - Provide the Solution approach and resolve technical issues along with key stakeholders including IT   - Lead small teams at the project level   Technical Skills Required :   - Understanding of Industry Supply Chain processes including Demand Forecasting, Transportation and Logistics etc   - Experience with various manufacturing process analysis, process design, mapping, and Re-Engineering, process/software gap analysis and resolution, troubleshooting and issue resolution with Oracle Applications   - Demonstrated ability to facilitate system review, business process analysis, functional gap analysis, data analysis, and situation assessment  - BE + MBA with overall Min 1-3 years of Industry level experience   - Preference will be given to people who have done Internships on Supply Chain level projects or have related prior industry experiences or people have prior IT project experiences in Supply Chain domain   Behavioral Skills Required :   - Experience and ability to lead requirements gathering meetings with CXOs of the clients and ability to articulate the business processes and provide leadership to the projects   - Excellent analytical, written and oral communication and skills   - Ability to work in a team environment - sharing ideas and working collaboratively, in a distributed environment   Expected Experience Range : 1-3 Years   Location of Posting : Mumbai   Travel Requirements for the Job : Limited
