Lead - HR Operations Location : Mumbai #HR Operations #Payroll #HR Compliance #Contractual Staffing #Vendor Management Requirement: - Strong experience in policy drafting - Good knowledge of Labor Law - Strong in Data Management experience with #excel. - Good understanding of HRMS/Darwin box - Ability to manage Payroll, ESIC & EPF - Excellent in Excel - Startup experience is plus but not required - MBA or equivalent Key Responsibilities : Manpower planning, budgeting, cost control, productivity analysis, execution of govt sponsored schemes in Talent Acquisition, Manpower Engagement. - Define and establish payroll and compliance SLAs internally and with external stakeholders (staffing vendors), including monitoring vendor performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and issue resolution. - Carry out regular review of processes and data related to Payroll, Leave, Full & Final Settlement etc. to ensure audit readiness. - Responsible for HR Operations activities like employee confirmation, transfer, promotions, exit management in line with group guidelines. - Resolving a wide range of issues in creative ways. - Working on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. - Participating, reporting and analyzing data which encompass job grading, benefits and HR Practices - Participate on internal promotion cycle and rewards processes by ensuring availability of information and equal pay. - Support Insurance Renewals from analyzing claims-ratio, health inflation and establishing negotiation stages to ensure cost savings and cost avoidance. - Implement and administer compensation and benefits policies and guidelines
