Job Description : DTDC is looking for a strong HR Project Manager to join the team. In this role, you will lead key strategic projects focused on Strategic change management. The role involves the need for the incumbent in the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to HR project activities to meet project requirements. To manage change by implementing sustainable process, tools and techniques to manage the people-side of change to achieve the required business outcome The ideal candidate has a passion for process and operational improvement, and a track record of thinking outside of the box to deliver innovations to better serve customers WITH VERY STRONG EXPERIENCE RELATED TO IR. Project Nature (IR Related) : Basic understanding of Managing matters related to statutory/regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Include : - Perform hands-on project management such as development of project plans, scheduling and planning, monitoring and status reporting against planned deliverable, benefits and milestones, resource and program tracking, development, and management of risk, issue and action logs - Proactively identifies solutions to meet business objectives, considering the implications of change on the organization and all stakeholders - Using own initiative to develop or improve project management processes and tools. - Ensure project tools, best practices, and lessons learned are documented - Work with HR Programme Leader to provide change expertise within the people space, including managing HR project support for the programmers - Manage the implementation of people strategy solutions to support clients in managing key project milestones and outputs - Actively manage and coordinate HR project plans, handling changes as they arise and keeping core stakeholders focused on key outputs - Support on-going efforts to enhance our capabilities through training, development and program improvements Basic Qualifications : - Relevant program/project management experience, preferably in HR (IR) - High level of proficiency in MS Office, Excel - this will be an essential tool for accomplishing many tasks and deliverables - Bias for action, excellent attention to detail and relentless commitment to follow-through - Ability to multi-task and handle various projects simultaneously to drive timely results - Ability to prioritize effectively and facilitate action across remote groups - Ability to convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling and succinct way in written and verbal communication - Ability to communicate and influence effectively with a wide variety of audiences - technical and business clients, HR functions, and all levels of employees - Ability to travel as needed The candidates need to be from Tier 1 institutes.
