Snapshot : We are looking for a self-driven and motivated individual who is adept at developing innovative ways of promoting our products and services on the digital platforms. The incumbent needs to be able to visualize and interpret the trends on social media and come up with concepts and content in order to leverage our social media presence. He/she needs to take ownership of digital and social media campaigns and further enhance the brand's digital footprint. Role and responsibilities : - Work with agency partners to plan, buy and optimize media to acquire customers via relevant digital channels, like Social, SEO,SEM, Display Advertising, Affiliates and E mail - Act as long arm to Customer Services in handling the ORM on social pages - Monitor, track and reports results of performance of digital marketing initiatives along with competitor bench-marking - Study social media trends and come up with innovative measures to plan and execute fresh content - Own the website and other internal portals from content refresh point of view. Act as an enabler between Marketing and IT - Acting as the brand custodian and rolling out regular guidelines on maintaining the brand in all digital platforms - Obtaining necessary consent and final approval on all digital and social media campaigns - Creating and monitoring an annual calendar with a strong business focus - Developing schedules and maintaining deadlines Qualification, professional experience and skills : - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing/social media handling post MBA from a premier institute (MBA is not a mandatory requirement if the candidate has proper experience in handling digital marketing/social media) - Work experience with a digital agency will be an added advantage Preferred skills : - Ability to analyze marketing trends and make cost-saving decisions for production(indigital communications processes) - Ability to effectively communicate concepts to creative and production teams, as well as agency partners and stakeholders - Quick learner, team player with a strong focus on quality and deadlines CTC : 7.5-8 lakhs p.a (plus 0.5 lakh retention bonus to be paid after 1 year)
