Objective of the role:
- Responsible for driving initiatives and product tie-ups for national retail counters
- Drive sales and build relationships with external financial professionals selling the company's products
- Maintain current and comprehensive knowledge of all products, and conveying this information through marketing materials and literature
- Business Co-ordination / MIS Co-ordination
- To provide all HO related support to branches in terms of process driven initiatives like fund manager con calls / interaction with the product team / research con calls / activities calendar for the channel and in general.
Skills required:
- Sales professional with strong relationship building skills, product and capital market knowledge and sales experience
- Deeper understand of products and fee structure
- Analytical abilities & relationship management skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite is required.
- Skill and experience to coordinate with the external as well as internal stakeholders (distributors and internal sales team)
Experience: 8-10 years
Education Background: MBA or any equivalent degree. CFA/CWM would be an added advantage
