Manager - Business Data & Analytics
Location: Mumbai
What is the roles objective?
- Generating business MIS along with insights which will be periodic/need base by using tools such as SQL, MS Access, excel and Tableau.
- Data analytics: data cleaning, maintenance, trend analysis, predictive analysis
- Streamlining and automation of existing MIS reports
- Leverage vast data pool for data modeling & predictive analysis which will help build sales strategy and identify areas of concern/opportunities
- System designing, enhancement, maintenance and testing: CRM, Brokerage Workflow System, SQL database
- Managing brokerages which involves communication, data management, query management, liaising with sales team, operations and CAMS
- Performing audit and reconciliation of brokerage paid
- Knowledge required for the role
- Mutual Fund background, primarily dealing with data analytics
- Managed huge amount of data pertaining to Sales and Operations
- Business Acumen
- Understanding of Sales process
Skills required for the role :
- SQL database management, query and procedure writing, MS Access
- In-depth knowledge of using excel in automating reports and writing macros
- Ability to do predictive analysis based on historic data and give insights
- Working knowledge of Tableau
- Preference for working on Python to arrive at deep data analysis and insights
What is the prior experience needed?
- This position requires a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience
What qualification you should have? - Any Bachelors/Masters degree with preference for MBA
