JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Assistant Manager Finance (Regional Entities)

Location: Gurgaon

Qualification: CA

Experience: CA with minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in FP&A/Treasury/Finance/controlling in a multinational company

Key Skills/Competencies:

- Knowledge of Indian & International Accounting standards;

- Knowledge of FP&A, banking and Secretarial

- Good knowledge of domestic and decent knowledge of international banking operations;

- Excellent working knowledge of spoken and written English;

- Knowledge of operating systems (ERP), preferably SAP, Microsoft office package (especially Excel, Word & Powerpoint), Financial Calculator (e.g. HP12C), Financial information systems;

- Knowledge of internal control and establishing procedures

- Experience in SAP usage would be preferred

- Good with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint

Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility

- Monthly/ Weekly Managerial/ Statutory Accounting for regional entities in various countries as per the accounting Systems established;

- Ensure monthly and quarterly Managerial reporting within prescribed deadlines as per DSP requirements.

- Coordinating & ensuring smooth completion of statutory/annual audits;

- Follow set procedures to ensure compliance to Direct & Indirect Taxes applicable;

- Timely filing of Statutory/ Secretarial/Direct Tax/ Indirect Tax/any other applicable Forms, Returns etc. as per agreed track sheet;

- Ensuring Compliance to the transfer pricing policy;

- Coordinating & ensuring smooth completion of tax audits;

- Support Controller Regional Entities in various analysis requests;

- Documentation, Initiation and coordination for banking related activities for all legal entities;

- Support in preparation of budgets/ Revised Annual Forecasts;

- Ensure smooth day to day operations like timely payments, collections, journal entries, resolution of bank related issues etc.
