Position Title: Head Rewards & OD
Location: Gurgaon
Qualification:
- Full time MBA / PGDBM / MPM with specialization in HR from reputed Institute
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in a Multi-national / well recognized Company.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical/healthcare sector with a blend of experience in corporate and leading C&B consulting firms would be an added advantage.
- Experience in compensation and benefits with knowledge of AMEA compensation markets is preferred.

a) Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility
Compensation & Benefit
1. To develop a competitive strategy for Compensation & Benefits (Rewards) in the Organization including Salary, Variable pay, incentives, etc. Design the Rewards roadmap for DSP AMEA.
2. To understand the objectives and features of compensation and benefit philosophy and work on the strategy of standardizing people’s salary structures.
3. To manage the half yearly and Annual Salary Revision - End to end administration of annual or half year compensation revision exercise from support on budget proposals to release of revision letters.
4. To Create Salary grids by role by function, salary fitment for new joiners and short Term Incentive program within the defined policy resulting in adherence to procedures and timely, accurate administration.
5. To regularly do the C&B data analysis & compilation for any discrepancies & suggestions.
6. To Provide full C&B support to Director HR & OD, AMEA.
7. To effectively implement the C&B programs and communications.
8. To support the HR Business Partner in all the requirements related to compensation and benefit
9. To lead the salary surveys, analyse results, recommend C&B strategy, summarize market trends and ensure maintaining market competitiveness.
10. Monitor competitive trends in C&B through development and maintenance of external network. Consider these market practices while developing policies and practices for internal use.
11. Competitor benchmarking and analysis- Conduct the annual job matching and market pricing of jobs within assigned region/ applying job evaluation techniques to establish equitable compensation rates based on internal and external data.
Annual Strategic Budget
12. To own the HR & Admin budget for BU AMEA as a budget controller.
13. In coordination with respective HRBPs to lead the Annual Budget process.
14. To regularly monitor HR budget and support Director HR & OD in RAF & ASR.
Organization Development
1. Analyse the current processes in the organization and suggest improvement initiatives in areas of Organization development.
2. To Implement and administer various organisation wide OD initiatives such as service excellence, cultural enhancement, building and develop knowledge hub for the function. To lead key processes like Talent Mapping, etc.
3. Enable effective execution of key changes in HR processes and systems as part of change management programs.
4. To conduct organization assessments, makes recommendations for change basis that help to design new structures and jobs, and works to redesign management processes to meet quality standards.
5. To support to establish organization-wide processes that create organization health and employee satisfaction.
