Mandi is a unique B2C operation within the DSM system which aims to deliver affordable and accessible nutrition solutions to populations just above the bottom of the pyramid with an aim to get positive impact amongst a minimum of 100 million people by 2027 for a total business revenue of $500 million
Mandi shall look to build toll manufacturing relationships and leverage this forward with in market distribution alliances to deliver the business on nutrition with consumers
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Create and manage relationships for DSR
- Align monthly penetration and turnover
- Plan for and execute modern trade, e-commerce and all other emerging channels
- Drive pull based initiatives in the channel, especially with e commerce players
- Put together process for driving and measuring excellence in execution
- Appropriately put together a robust route to market infrastructure
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 8+ years of experience in driving modern trade in FMCG industry
- Strong FMCG experience is a must
- Post graduate from a premium B School
