National Sales Head for GT Business


Job Summary :

- Responsible for effective implementation of sales strategies & policies and meeting annual sales targets & objectives as per business plan for GT Trade. with one of our Business Unit.

Areas of Responsibility:

1. Implement sales plans, strategies and policies with a view to increase/ sustain market share and profitability for business as per approved budget within the General Trade at National Level.

2. Implement policies and guidelines for smooth functioning and satisfaction of channel partners like dealers, distributors and stockiest for business.

3. Scan the environment to understand competitor's activities, demand supply scenario, regulatory issues to formulate strategies for increasing market share.

4. Ensure an increased market share and profitability by facilitating market development, brand management and business development and building the brand of the company.

5. Implement market intelligence system to provide monthly information on potential data, competitors' activities, new product opportunities and other changes in the environment for business.

6. Effectively implement policies for robust field force monitoring and people management, relationship management system in order to increase field force satisfaction and portfolio growth.

7. Managing the complete sales cycle in assigned region from business development and customer acquisition to receipt of payments.

8. Meeting sales targets & objectives for business, Strengthening & expanding distribution network as per plan and Identification & development of new market in GT segment.

9. Implementation of initiatives and Sales & Marketing strategies for business. Relationship building & Customer Satisfaction with key accounts / CSA / Retailers / Stockiest and Cost Optimization in Retail operations i.e., rationalize distribution cost.

10. Development of a market intelligence/ information and feedback system on regular basis and Training, development & monitoring of sales & distribution personnel.
