Job Title: Head- Corporate Brand Role Summary: Primary Purpose of the role, will be to lead and create the Corporate Brand of DS Group. He will be responsible for creation of corporate brand imagery with respect to digital media and also create strategy, visual identity, and corporate TVC/AV.The role will collaborating with different department in the organization and use the information to create corporate brand. Role and Responsibilities: - He will be responsible for managing social media stories and content around the corporate - He will conduct research on the competitive environment and gathers market data for the business and uses the results to come up with well-informed topics and themes for creation of content, which lead to amazing corporate brand - He will ensure seeding in positive content around corporate and will look at opportunity within organization for positive story and disseminate it through appropriate communication vehicle - Curating and providing right information about corporate in digital world - Manage the SEO and ORM along with agency and digital team - Managing DS corporate and mainline brands on Wikipedia pages, Glassdoor. Review this platform and create strategy which helps in creation of corporate brand - Lead the visuals and content by studying corporate website and regularly update and manage it for better UX UI experience - Handle corporate creative, digital and media agencies - Collaborate with different department to develop various story opportunities across channel to maximize positive eye share - Must be expert at handling Crisis management with respect to corporate imagery - Lead and Maintain positive conversation around corporate - Handling events, webinars, seminars, conferences and other activities to boost corporate image - Updating with latest corporate practices of diff big corporate houses and developing strategy and action plan to boost our corporate image Qualification and Skills Requirements: - MBA Marketing or Bachelors /Master's degree in English communications, Journalism - Proven 15-20 years in building corporate brand - Familiarity with digital marketing operations will be desired. - Excellent grammar and writing skills are required for this position. - Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. - The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. - Effective communication skills.
